My presentations are infused with passion, authenticity and tangible takeaways that any audience will benefit from. I pair my education that I’ve gained through the Integrative Institute of Nutrition with my personal experience- navigating through challenges to become the best version of myself.
The talks and workshops I present center around mindfulness, nutrition, and the pillars I use to stay healthy both physically and mentally. I focus on a solid morning routine (meditation, intention, journaling), moving your body, fueling your body through nutrition and optimal health practices, and surrounding yourself with strong, supportive people through your community.
